These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VPN Extreme website, applications and VPN service (together, the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About VPN Extreme

The Service is supplied under the VPN Extreme brand (“VPN Extreme”, “we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us through our Contact page.

2. What the Service provides

VPN Extreme provides software-enabled virtual private network access. The features, supported devices, access period and price included with a purchase are described on our Pricing page and at checkout. Available servers, locations and performance may change as we maintain and improve the Service.

A VPN can improve privacy and security, but no online service can guarantee complete anonymity, uninterrupted availability or access to every third-party service.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping any credentials secure, for activity under your access, and for ensuring that your use is lawful in your location.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, harm others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, gain unauthorised access to systems or data, distribute malware, send spam, interfere with networks, or conceal fraudulent or abusive conduct. You must not resell, reverse engineer or overload the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users or third parties, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

5. Plans, payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in GBP. The checkout identifies the payment processor, total price and any applicable tax before you pay. Unless the checkout expressly describes a recurring subscription, our listed plans are prepaid for a fixed access period and do not renew automatically.

Card payments may be processed by a third-party provider identified before payment. That provider's buyer terms and privacy notice may also apply to the transaction.

6. Access and delivery

Access is normally provided electronically after successful payment. You must provide accurate contact and payment information. Please contact us if you do not receive access or experience a material fault.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds, withdrawal rights and any subscription cancellation rights are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

VPN Extreme and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, branding, content and technology. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service during your paid access period in accordance with these Terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but maintenance, faults, capacity limits and events outside our control may cause interruptions. We may update the Service or these Terms. If a change materially affects an existing paid plan, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses suffered by consumers, or for third-party services and content accessed through the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of your home country.
