Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VPN Extreme (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, purchase a plan or use our Service.
1. Who is responsible for your information
VPN Extreme is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Contact and enquiry information: your email address and the message you submit through our partner form or support channels.
- Purchase information: the plan purchased, transaction reference, payment status and related support information. Card and payment account details are collected directly by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Website and device information: IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, security events and diagnostic information generated by our hosting and security systems.
- VPN service information: limited account, device and operational data needed to authenticate access, deliver the Service, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. We do not sell browsing activity or use it for advertising, and we do not intentionally record the content of your VPN traffic or the websites you visit.
3. How and why we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure the Service, fulfil purchases, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain records, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a safe service, compliance with law, or consent where required.
4. Payments and service providers
We share information only where needed with providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, email, fraud prevention and payment providers. The payment provider is identified before payment and processes payment information under its own privacy notice. Previous card transactions may have been processed by Stripe.
Our partner form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process device and request information for that purpose.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential session and security technologies so the website and forms work correctly. We also store your light or dark theme preference in your browser. Turnstile and a payment provider may set essential security or checkout cookies when their features are used. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use recognised safeguards or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including providing paid access, resolving support matters, preventing abuse and meeting tax, accounting and legal requirements. Retention periods vary with the type of record and any legal obligation.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information or access credentials have been compromised.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity.
UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service or law. The current version and update date will remain available here. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
