Refund Policy

We want purchases to be clear and fair. This policy explains how to request a refund and how requests are handled.

1. Before requesting a refund

If the Service is not working as expected, email [email protected] with your purchase email, transaction reference and a description of the problem. We will first try to restore access or resolve the fault.

2. How to request a refund

Submit your request to [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. Include the transaction reference, payment provider and reason for the request. We review requests individually, including whether the Service has been accessed or consumed and whether a material fault could be resolved.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund unless you have a statutory right to one. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; bank processing times may vary.

3. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. UK, EU and certain other consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from some digital service contracts. That right may end once digital supply begins if you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of the cancellation right. You may also have remedies where a digital service is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

4. Fixed-term access and subscriptions

Plans shown on our Pricing page are fixed-term access and do not renew automatically unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. Stopping use of a fixed-term plan does not itself create a refund right. If a recurring subscription is offered, you can cancel future renewals using the management link in your receipt or by contacting the payment provider.

5. Fraud, abuse and chargebacks

Refunds may be refused where permitted by law if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative conduct. Please contact us or the payment provider before raising a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
